This page sets out what happens to the information you send us when you enquire about a clean. We keep this deliberately short, because we collect very little.

Information We Actually Hold
This website has no enquiry form, no account sign-up and no payment processing. Nothing is submitted to us through the pages themselves. The tools on the site, such as the price calculator and the cleaning planner, run entirely in your own browser; the answers you type stay on your device and are never sent to us.
What we do hold is whatever you choose to send us on WhatsApp. In practice that means your name or the name you message under, your phone number, the address or area of the property, and the details of the job you want quoted. If you send photos of a room, we hold those too.
Your WhatsApp number is visible to us because you messaged us. We do not obtain it any other way, and we do not buy contact lists.
What We Use Your Details For
Three things. Quoting the job, scheduling the visit, and contacting you about that visit if something changes. That is the whole list.
If you book a recurring clean, we keep your address and job scope so the crew knows what to do each time without asking you again. If you never book, the thread simply sits in our WhatsApp history.
We do not send marketing broadcasts, and we do not add your number to any list for that purpose. If we ever want to, we will ask you first.
Who Else Sees Anything
The crew assigned to your job is told the address, the access instructions and the scope. Nothing else.
WhatsApp itself carries the messages, and their own privacy terms apply to that transport. Some pages on this site embed a Google map. Loading one of those maps means Google can see that a browser requested it, in the same way it would on any website using an embedded map. We do not pass Google anything about you.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information with anybody.
How Long We Keep It
Quotes that never turn into a booking are kept while the chat remains in our history, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back months later. Job records for completed cleans are kept so that we can refer to what was done if you book again.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Message the same WhatsApp number you enquired on, tell us you want your information removed, and we will delete the thread and any job record tied to it. There is nothing to fill in and no reason you need to give.

If how we handle information changes, this page changes with it. There is no version history to dig through; what you read here is what applies today.
