What the Job Involves
Most days fall into one of a few shapes. None of them are a surprise once you have done a week.
A typical residential day is two or three homes: a condo unit in the morning, a landed house after lunch. You work through a checklist that was agreed with the customer before the crew set off, room by room, finishing with the bathrooms and the glass.
Commercial work runs at the other ends of the day. Offices and shoplots are cleaned before they open or after they close, which means early starts or evening finishes rather than a nine to five.
Specialist jobs sit on top of that. Post-renovation cleans, sofa and mattress extraction, and move-out work all take longer and are scoped as their own visit rather than squeezed into a normal round.
You will not be sent to a job alone with no idea what is expected. The scope is written down before anyone travels.

The single thing that matters most. A customer who is home waiting between nine and eleven has arranged their morning around it.
You Work to a List
Every job has an agreed scope. Finishing what is on it, rather than what you feel like doing, is the job.
You Are Careful in Other People’s Homes
Stone surfaces, timber, electronics and someone’s belongings. Knowing when to ask rather than guess matters more than speed.
You Can Get Around the Klang Valley
Crews move between KL and Selangor. Your own transport helps, and we plan routes to keep travel sensible.
You Communicate
Running late, a door that will not open, a job bigger than described. Say so early and it gets sorted.
Experience Helps, It Is Not Everything
If you have cleaned professionally before, say where. If you have not, say that too and we will tell you honestly whether we have a place.

There is no form and no CV upload. One message covers it.
Send us a WhatsApp with four things: your name, the area you live in, the days and hours you can work, and whether you have cleaned professionally before. If you have transport, mention that as well.
We read every message. If there is work near you that fits your availability, we will reply and arrange a conversation. If there is not, we will tell you that rather than leave you waiting.
We do not ask for payment at any point in this process. If anybody claiming to represent us asks you for money, it is not us.
